In both cases, reducing the size of the file with the photo should help. Your photo should be in JPEG or GIF format. You can change the size and format of the photo through any image editing program. 'Paint' image editing program is installed by default on all Windows computers and is accessible through Start menu of your bottom bar (Start - Programs - Accessories - Paint). You can also email the photo to yourself through Windows Explorer (right click on the photo and choose the option "Send to - email address") and it will usually ask you if you wish to make the files smaller; this way you will receive your photo via email resized to a smaller file.
If you only have one photo in your account, you will be unable to delete your main photo. You need to add another photo, have it approved, and then you can make the new photo your main photo and delete the old one.

Basically, the way of meeting women through our service is very similar to the way you would meet women through any online personals. You contact them, correspond with them, and then meet them in real life.
It is possible to see if the lady has read your letter sent through the website or not. There is "status" column in your Outbox on the site, and it shows "Read" or "Unread". It can be also "Read/Deleted", which means the lady has read your letter and deleted it. In this case, if she has read your letter and deleted it, it usually means she isn't interested and isn't going to answer. Some men send ladies insulting letters if they refuse them, this is why some ladies prefer not to answer mails at all rather than answer 'No'. So if it's "Read/Deleted", then she isn't interested. If it's "Unread/Deleted", then this means that the lady decided you are not suitable for each other based on your profile. Your profile can be viewed via a link displayed along with your mail. You can try to change your photo or the wording of your profile: try different things and see what works the best for you. When you receive a mail from a member for the first time, you can use the function "Send polite NO". Using this function is FREE (you do not need to be a paid member). It sends the following message to the receiver: "This member thanks you for your attention but cannot return your interest. Try to contact someone else. New members are joining every day!"
You need to be a paying member to contact other members or read their letters to you. You can either buy Gold or Platinum bulk value subscriptions or you can purchase an individual contact (UNLIMITED mails with 1 woman) for only $15. You can view mails from other members in response to your profile by clicking on the link "Click here to check your MAIL MESSAGES". You can view the profile of the person who sent you the mail and decide if you are interested in getting to know this person. If you are interested, you can open their letter.
When you send 'Expression of Interest', the lady receives a notification to her direct email address that there is somebody interested in her. She can click on the link in this message and view your profile. The lady can also see your 'Expression of Interest' when she logs into her account. Answering 'Expression of Interest' is free for women. Once she viewed your profile, she should answer whether she is interested in hearing from you. Once a lady answered your 'Expression of Interest', you will receive an email notification. The answer will be "Interested" or "Not interested". "Expression of Interest" rate reflects what percentage of her mail the lady returns. It does not, however, show if the lady answered positively or negatively to the "Expressions of Interest". Most women seek a special person, not just anybody, so they are very selective. If a lady's response rate is 100%, it only means she returned all enquiries she received, i.e. this lady answers her mail. If a lady's response rate is 0%, it means she does not check her mails or have not had a chance to check them yet. For example, if a lady received 10 "Expressions of Interest" and answered 4 of them (either positively or negatively), her response rate will be 40%. Usually "Expression of Interest" rate will be lower for new ladies because they have just started their search, and if she received 5 enquiries yesterday and returned them, and she received 5 new enquiries today and have not returned them yet, her response rate will be only 50%. For the ladies that are longer on the website, if she received 95 enquiries before and returned them, and she received 5 new enquiries today, her response rate will be 95%.
"Active within" means the last time the woman logged into our website. The woman can still be available and searching even though she does not log into the website but it means she does not check her Inbox on the site, and you will be better off contacting her at her direct email address or phone number, if available (sometimes women stop checking the website if no one is writing to them). Of course this can also mean she is no longer interested in new letters. You must take this risk in consideration if you decide to contact a woman who is inactive on the website. This is how to interpret "Active within" feature:

Once you saved the profile, there are two versions of your profile in the system: the old version available to the public and the newly saved version. The newly saved version of your profile is immediately sent to administrator for approval. Until the administrator approves it, you and other members can only see the old version of your profile. Once your updated profile is approved, it will be available to the public and you will be able to see the changes.
Login, then click on the link "Click here to manage your PHOTOS". Login, then click on the link "Click here to DELETE your profile". If you simply need a break and may resume your search in the future, use the option "HIDE your profile" instead (this will also save all your member discounts which otherwise will be cancelled). You can only delete an approved profile; if your profile has not been approved yet, you will not be able to delete it. Please remember deleting your profile on the site does not stop recurring billing. To stop recurring billing, you need to cancel recurring billing before deleting your profile.

You can sort your search results by the date of publication or the last activity. If you search by date of publication, the newest profiles will be displayed first. If you search by the last activity, profiles of users that logged in the site most recently will be displayed first.
If you are a man and searching for men, then you will receive 0 matches. The same if you are a woman searching for women. The reason for that is that our service is for heterosexual people only and we do not have listings of men seeking other men or women seeking other women.
