- использующие ненормативную лексику; 
- видео, загруженные от чужого лица.

3. Авторские права и лицензирование:

Присылая свое видео на конкурс, вы тем самым даете администрации сайта RussiaUkraine.Dating право использовать ваше видео, целиком или частично, без компенсации вам, другим участникам видео или автору съемки, в рекламных, образовательных или любых других коммерческих и некоммерческих целях, с распространением через Интернет или любые другие средства массовой информации, неограниченно по времени, в любой стране мира. 

4. Продолжительность конкурса:

Конкурс объявлен 16 мая 2008 года. Подведение итогов 31 июля 2008 года. 

5. Голосование и призы:

Победитель выбирается голосованием мужчин - членов сайта RussiaUkraine.Dating по количеству полученных голосов: видео, набравшее максимальное количество голосов, получает главный приз 1000 долларов США. Каждая участница конкурса получает поощрительный приз - фирменную футболку "RussiaUkraina.Dating".
